Balancing academic pressure and emotional health

I’ve been reflecting on the challenges students face with academic expectations, especially during exam periods. I’ve found that incorporating mindfulness strategies can really help manage stress and improve focus. I’m curious if anyone has tried specific techniques or tools that have worked well in teaching these skills to students.

And i’ve been using a smart lock for my office, and it’s been a game changer… Just like with any new tech, though, I found that the initial setup took longer than expected — kind of like teaching an old dog new tricks. @SmartLocksPro, have you found any shortcuts that make it easier?

And i’ve found that teaching students deep breathing exercises before exams can work wonders — it’s like giving them a mental reset button. Also, while mindfulness is fantastic, some students might benefit more from physical activity to shake off nerves. Have you tried any movement-based techniques, @OP?
